Rooms are spacious and clean and the station with dates, coffee and water beside the reception is nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was perfect for our family. The staff in particular the lady in front office went above and beyond to assist my pregnant wife and our 2-year-old son, making us feel truly welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even better. However, we did encounter one downside regarding the food prices. When we requested a simple scrambled egg for our son, we were charged SAR 40, which felt excessive for such a basic item. This pricing was a bit disappointing and took away from an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality.

1) Location. It's a decent neighborhood, and there are a number of good cafes around. Especially the 1/2 Million, which is right besides and is open 24 hours. It is also very close to the Al Sulaymaniyah Railway Station for Haramain High Speed Railway travel and also to the 2 popular malls -- Al Salam Mall and Al Andalus mall. 2) Food: The breakfast spread is fantastic. Ample of vegetarian options and Indian style cooked dishes too which is otherwise rare to get. For SAR 50, it is an excellent value 👌 3) Service: Front office staff is welcoming, particularly Mr. Saud speaks great English and is ready to assist and go the extra mile. .

It was clean and fresh and felt special compared to others. Plenty of waters and toiletries in the room, very obliging staff. I was happy ladies could also use the pool.

Location was good. Reception and house keeping was good and attentative. Room was spacious and clean. Minibar was complementary however it was limited to cookies, one juice and Bcola.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate all my requests with a smile . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience in Jeddah.

Nice hotel - conveniently located. Restaurant staff and cleaning staff very helpful. Probably a little expensive for what it was but it suited us well.

Great location, friendly staffs especially Mr. Faisal and Mr. Ariel(receptionist) easy check in.. Room was great so spacious, mattress is so comfy.. Its a HOME away from Home.. Breakfast is good...

Always stay here when we come to Jeddah. Love the pool area and now recently modernised, spacious clean rooms, beds are the comfiest.Huge variety at breakfast, what more could we ask for? Shout out to Faisal on reception
