I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Plaza. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the exceptional staff member, Salman Al-Balushi, who ensured that all my questions were answered and that I felt at home. The friendly atmosphere created by the entire team was truly remarkable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the assistance of the receptionist, Faisal Al-Hindi, who helped me with extending my stay for an additional night without any hassle. This is not my first time staying here, but each visit continues to impress me with the quality of service. I would like to commend the team for their outstanding hospitality and thank you for a delightful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was perfect for our family. The staff in particular the lady in front office went above and beyond to assist my pregnant wife and our 2-year-old son, making us feel truly welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even better. However, we did encounter one downside regarding the food prices. When we requested a simple scrambled egg for our son, we were charged SAR 40, which felt excessive for such a basic item. This pricing was a bit disappointing and took away from an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality.

1) Location. It's a decent neighborhood, and there are a number of good cafes around. Especially the 1/2 Million, which is right besides and is open 24 hours. It is also very close to the Al Sulaymaniyah Railway Station for Haramain High Speed Railway travel and also to the 2 popular malls -- Al Salam Mall and Al Andalus mall. 2) Food: The breakfast spread is fantastic. Ample of vegetarian options and Indian style cooked dishes too which is otherwise rare to get. For SAR 50, it is an excellent value 👌 3) Service: Front office staff is welcoming, particularly Mr. Saud speaks great English and is ready to assist and go the extra mile. .

It was clean and fresh and felt special compared to others. Plenty of waters and toiletries in the room, very obliging staff. I was happy ladies could also use the pool.

I just wanted to say I had a really nice stay. The receptionist was helpful and friendly—Kudos to Mr Faisal and team it made me feel very welcome. Thank you! The best part is i really liked the location—there were lots of places to eat and good coffee shops nearby. Very convenient

Location was good. Reception and house keeping was good and attentative. Room was spacious and clean. Minibar was complementary however it was limited to cookies, one juice and Bcola.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate all my requests with a smile . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience in Jeddah.

the staff are welcoming and approachable. the place is clean and accessible since it is just along the road and with many food shops nearby. across the place are two big malls. what you see from the photos in their page with the room is equally the same.
